Divine Time é um ciclo de conversas-vídeo sobre tecnologia sagrada e temporalidade alternativas que explora a forma como as linguagens do cinema e videojogos se articulam com o espiritual, místico e iluminado, traçando intersecções entre o realismo tecno-corporal e as metafísicas da experiência digital. Este ciclo tem curadoria de Zaiba Jabbar, curadora, investigadora, realizadora premiada e fundadora da HERVISIONS, uma agência curatorial, plataforma e estúdio de arte digital focada nas mulheres, que produz encomendas, exposições e eventos inovadores com forte ênfase na intersecção entre arte, tecnologia e cultura.

Radicada em Toronto, Shirin Fahimi é uma artista canadiana-iraniana de primeira geração. Através da criação de mundos digitais, ela explora o papel das ciências ocultas e do misticismo no empoderamento feminino nos domínios político, espiritual e digital. O seu trabalho é profundamente influenciado pela literatura mística e pelas práticas mágicas da cultura islâmica, e como se refletem na sociedade iraniana e na sua diáspora. Já expôs e realizou performances a nível internacional em espaços como o SAVVY Contemporary (Berlim), o TIFF Bell Lightbox (Toronto) e a Bienal CAFKA (Kitchener).

Divine Time is a cycle of video conversations on sacred technology and alternative temporalities that explores how the languages of cinema and video games intersect with the spiritual, mystical and enlightened, tracing connections between techno-corporeal realism and the metaphysics of digital experience. This cycle is curated by Zaiba Jabbar, a curator, researcher, award-winning filmmaker and founder of HERVISIONS, a curatorial agency, platform and digital art studio focused on women, producing commissions, exhibitions and innovative events with a strong emphasis on the intersection between art, technology and culture.
